Returns

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• Processing: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through our payment partner, fiuu.
• Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, E-wallet, or Online Banking).
• Timeline: Once processed, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s or bank's processing policies.

Shipping

• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your total refund amount.
